Fitness & Mobility Assessment
If you aren’t sure where or how to get started, starting back up after an injury, are training for a competition or are concerned about specific physical considerations, this is the first step. Our assessment meeting will cover where you specifically are at in all ranges of core physical competencies and ranges of motion, and how to get you from the now to your goals. It also includes showing you how to move properly, so you level up faster (and safer) in a way that supports increases in number of workouts and difficulty of movements levels of difficulty. Here’s where we customized a specific game plan for your training, your needs and your goals. Works as a stand-alone option if you are wanting programming built for you or as an addition to personal training sessions. Includes the first two weeks of programming at no additional charge.
